Open to Fall 2026 internships & full-time roles

Industrial designer working across furniture, product systems, and mechanisms.

From early sketch to working prototype — I like problems that end up in your hands.

Selected Work

Food Organizing System2024

Shared refrigerators can get chaotic and disorganized. This project aims to fix that problem. Early prototypes used off-the-shelf suction cups to mount the barrier to glass shelves, but they didn't hold up over time — so I designed my own mechanical suction cups for extra grip and durability.

Meditation Productivity App2023

A smart device for office workers. I explored several desk-ornament concepts for communicating with a companion meditation app, and landed on a piezo speaker design that plays impromptu guided-meditation audio while surfacing visual data from the app.

Convertible Decoration Seating2023–2024

Side chair that transforms into wall art to save space. The seat pan was originally a molded shell, but early prototypes weren't comfortable for a long sit — I switched to a felt pad, which added cushioning while keeping the low profile the design required.

Hands-On Educational Music Kit2023

Teaching the science of music to older elementary aged kids. What began as a build-your-own-instrument toy kit grew into something more — I added a pamphlet breaking down the basic science of how each instrument produces sound.

Analog Stylized Prosthetic2022

Linkages allow passive dynamic grip for transradial amputees. The palm element was originally a solid volume; after experimenting with a simpler planar profile, I found it performed the same function with less material and complexity.

Additional WorkSketches & studies

During my internship with Bernardo Urbina, I iterated on several chair concepts — refining each for comfort, aesthetic, and manufacturability.

About

I like devising practical, but creative solutions to design problems. Working at a custom furniture shop taught me to be creative, but always design for the client first.
